Kompetenzrahmen arrangieren Kompetenzen systematisch als komplexen Zusammenklang von Wissen, Fertigkeiten und Einstellungen/Haltungen. Als Instrument können Kompetenzmodelle verschiedenen Zwecken und unterschiedlichen Adressat*innen bei der Konzeption, der konkreten Planung und Umsetzung von Lernen sowie bei der Anerkennung dienen. Die Vielfalt an Nutzungsmöglichkeiten macht sie auch für die außerschulische Bildung interessant.
In dieser Ausgabe werden das Konzept Lebenswelt untersucht und sein Potenzial für das Weiterbildungshandeln, aber auch seine Grenzen ausgeleuchtet. Wie kann der Anspruch an Lebensweltorientierung eingelöst werden, wenn es zahlreiche limitierende Faktoren gibt? Welche Orientierung kann der Lebensweltbegriff bieten?
Personalentwicklung stellt ein im Rahmen der aktuellen Professionalisierungsdebatte in der Erwachsenen-/Weiterbildung hoch aktuelles Thema dar. Dennoch scheint es in der Praxis der Weiterbildungseinrichtungen bislang vernachlässigt worden zu sein. Aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of an extra-occupational graduate program. Hence it was of crucial importance, whether the alumni assessed the graduate program as effective. To investigate this research question a quantitative questionnaire was designed. Thus the graduate program was evaluated at the three levels reactions, learning and transfer. This article addresses learning, educational and activity-related prospects upon entering into retirement age and the search for meaning in one's career associated with this. The topic is explored at various levels: first of all autobiographically taking the example of a new, self-employed orientation.
