Je kleiner ein Unternehmen, desto geringer fällt die Weiterbildungsquote der Beschäftigten durchschnittlich aus. Weiterbildungsverbünde sind geschaffen worden, um KMU dabei zu unterstützen, Weiterbildungsbedarfe zu identifizieren und geeignete Angebote zu finden. Die Autor*innen berichten anhand von Ergebnissen der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung über förderliche und hinderliche Faktoren in der Errichtung der Verbünde.
Bildung im Alter zielt auf Orientierung und erweiterte Handlungsspielräume sowie auf Vernetzung in der realen und digitalen Welt – um den Herausforderungen und Chancen beim Älterwerden positiv begegnen zu können. Als erfolgversprechend erweist sich der Ansatz, dass das Bildungspersonal in Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung als Lern- und Engagementbegleitung engagierte Digitalpat*innen weiterbildet und in deren Praxis fachlich unterstützt.
Das Potenzial von OER in der Bildung ist – vor allem in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung – noch nicht ausgeschöpft. Das liege auch an bestehenden Unsicherheiten und Herausforderungen für rechtssicheres Handeln, legt die Autorin dar – und zeigt auf, wie diese überwunden werden können.
The report presents central findings of the PIAAC Study (»Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies«) conducted by the OECD and provides first estimates about its significance for adult education. Although PIAAC cannot offer any information about the correlation between causes and effects. However, it is reasonable to increase basic educational endeavours and extend the programmes for groups in danger of social exclusion. Finally, research tasks are pointed out.
This article acknowledges Hattie’s Meta-Study »Visible Learning« from a practical perspective, particularly from the continuing educational perspective of adult educators.
