Decision behaviour in further education, impact on pedagogical consulting competence The author shows, that against the background of accruing research on adult education consultation the relevance of emotions for the decision behaviour of adults is drawn closer into the focus. An Austrian study analysed the situation of staff with a migration history within the field of adult education. This article examines barriers and enabling conditions concerning the access to the profession and asks for the use of potential of migration biographies for activities in adult education – considering the part of professionals as well as institutions.
The article presents the results of the author’s study on the views of pedagogy students on politics and education. The research has been undertaken subsequently to the 2015 parliamentary elections won by the party “Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc” (“Law and Justice”, PiS).
