Research on learning - a retrospective The history of empirical research on adults’ learning reaches back until the twenties of the last century. Treier stellt das Projekt „RAG Online-Learning“ in Essen (ehemals Ruhrkohle AG) vor, das vor allem auf Grund einer kontinuierlich durchgeführten Evaluation von allgemeinem Interesse ist. Aus den Ergebnissen der Evaluation lassen sich wesentliche Anforderungen an netzbasierte Bildungsplattformen ablesen.
Die Bedeutung von Alphabetisierung und Grundbildung in nationalen wie internationalen Bildungsdebatten ist unbestritten. Eine Vielzahl der in Deutschland laufenden Projekte wird im Jahr 2010 Arbeitsergebnisse präsentieren und erste Nachweise für deren erfolgreiche Implementierung in die gesellschaftliche Praxis erbringen.
