Das Schwerpunktthema des vorliegenden REPORT greift sowohl die bildungspolitische als auch die forschungspolitische und forschungsmethodische Seite des Themas PISA und Weiterbildung auf. Die Beiträge reichen von der Einschätzung der Weiterbildungs-relevanz von PISA bis hin zur methodenkritischen Diskussion eines zu konzipierenden PISA für Erwachsene.
Welche Auswirkung auf die berufliche Weiterbildung bringt der strukturellen Wandel der industriellen Gesellschaft mit sich? In wie weit trifft es zu, dass qualifizierendes (berufliches) Lernen und allgemein bildendes Lernen ineinander greifen? Die einzelnen Aufsätze diskutieren die Auswirkungen z. The current paper deals with cooperation under the perspective of governance from an organizational view. Based on considerations of the signaling theory and the reputation approach this study examines whether a relationship between employer-provided continuing vocational training and the success of establishments to recruit external qualified staff, can be demonstrated.
