This article reports on expert assessments of the opportunities and risks of the current DQR process from the perspective of adult education centres. The seven experts from Germany and Austria who were surveyed in the EU Transfer Project critically analyse above all the focus on formal learning. The change in orientational perspective towards towards learning results can offer an impetus for programme planning, but also requires new skills and abilities on the part of further educational staff.
ReSuDI is an innovative company prevention concept for semi-skilled and unskilled employees, who, in Germany, increasingly have a migrational background. On national and international level, a number of alternative financing models for lifelong learning processes are being discussed: self financing by the learners, individual income transfer assurance systems, individual education bonus systems, state funding oder financing by companies or fonds. The author describes the different models recommending mixed cooperative forms for the German educational system.
Self-controlling of learning processes – a basic approach of an empirical substanciation In the first part of the contribution a heuristic systematization of the construct of the self-controlling is carried out. Then selected parts of the results of this theme are presented, taken from a representative questioning of the population concerning adult education behaviour and attitudes towards adult education.

The reference to “classical” authors dominates the literature on organizational learning to an extent which is comparably large within the field of organizational sciences.
