Lehrkräfte werden in Lehr-Lernsituationen oft mit Ambiguitäten und Ambivalenzen konfrontiert. Unter Rückgriff auf Ergebnisse von Studien zu videofallbasiertem Lernen erläutern der Autor und die Autorin, inwiefern Fortbildungen helfen können, mit ambiguen Situationen im Lehr-Lerngeschehen produktiv umzugehen.
Mit dem Whole Institution Approach (WIA) wird die Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeit auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation gefördert. Die Autorinnen erläutern das Konzept einer nachhaltigen Organisationsentwicklung und zeigen anhand des Projektes »Internationale BNE Allianzen« Erfahrungen zur Implementierung des WIA in Weiterbildungseinrichtungen.
Transnationale Kooperationen bringen eine besondere Komponente in die Zusammenarbeit – die unterschiedliche Verfasstheit der beteiligten Einrichtungen und der Systeme, aus denen sie stammen, und den unterschiedlich geprägten Blick auf das gemeinsame Arbeitsfeld. Anhand einer Studie zu Erasmus+-geförderten Kooperationen in der Erwachsenenbildung arbeitet der Autor die Vorteile solcher Kooperationen heraus.
Seit 2020 fördert das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS ) Modellprojekte zu Verbundlösungen im Bereich der beruflichen Weiterbildung. So soll der Blick über die eigene Unternehmensgrenze hinaus unterstützt und die Weiterbildungsbeteiligung erhöht werden. Der Autor, Referent im BMAS , beschreibt die Zielsetzungen der Weiterbildungsverbünde und ihre Erfolgsfaktoren, aber auch Schwierigkeiten bei der Umsetzung.
