Seit November 2018 finden Beratungen statt, in denen die Sozialpartner, Länder, Kammern und die Bundesagentur für Arbeit gemeinsam mit den Bundesministerien für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS ), Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) die Nationale Weiterbildungsstrategie entwickeln. Der Autor und die Autorin bewerten den Prozess aus Sicht der Arbeitgebervertreter.
