Das Handeln und Entscheiden von Praktiker/innen/n der Erwachsenenbildung kann (und muss) nicht nur im Blick auf die Qualität ihrer Dienstleistungen, sondern auch unter ethischen Gesichtspunkten betrachtet werden. Ausgehend vom verbreiteten Phänomen der Prüfungsangst werden anhand ausgewählter Beispiele aktuelle Möglichkeiten vorgestellt, Prüfungen online durchzuführen. Vorgeschlagen wird eine Ergänzung von Online-Prüfsystemen um teststatistische Module durch die sowohl die Qualität von Prüfungsfragen optimiert als auch eine differenziertere Interpretation von Prüfungsergebnissen auf dem Hintergrund von Vergleichsgruppen ermöglicht wird.
Das DIALOG-Praxisnetzwerk für Wissenstransfer und Innovation des Deutschen Instituts für Erwachsenenbildung (DIE) fördert den Austausch zwischen Forschung und Praxis im Feld der Erwachsenenbildung. The paper raises the question of how inclusion, in the sense of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, is operationalized in institutional learning settings for adults.
