Weiterbildung unterscheidet sich von anderen Bildungsbereichen wenn es um die Vermittlung zwischen Theorie und Praxis geht. Die Vielfältigkeit in beiden Bereichen macht es nötig, auch zwischen unterschiedlichen wissenschaftlichen Disziplinen und zwischen unterschiedlichen Praxisfeldern zu differenzieren.
