Welche Auswirkung auf die berufliche Weiterbildung bringt der strukturellen Wandel der industriellen Gesellschaft mit sich? In wie weit trifft es zu, dass qualifizierendes (berufliches) Lernen und allgemein bildendes Lernen ineinander greifen? Die einzelnen Aufsätze diskutieren die Auswirkungen z. B. aus dem Blickwinkel des Nutzendenkens, aus europäischer Sicht oder aus der Sicht der betrieblichen Weiterbildung.
