Das Seminar für freies Volksbildungswesen an der Universität Leipzig bestand mit Unterbrechung von 1923 bis 1933. Als einzige universitäre Einrichtung bildete es schwerpunktmäßig Lehrkräfte der Erwachsenenbildung aus bzw. weiter. Die Seminare waren dabei auch für Teilnehmer ohne Hochschulzugang offen. Zunächst war Hermann Heller Leiter, bevor Paul Hermberg nach dessen Ausscheiden übernahm.

The article presents the results of the author’s study on the views of pedagogy students on politics and education. The research has been undertaken subsequently to the 2015 parliamentary elections won by the party “Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc” (“Law and Justice”, PiS). Forschungseinrichtungen und Verbände haben frühzeitig versucht, die Folgen der Corona-Pandemie für die Anbieter der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung zu untersuchen und erste, wenn auch z. T. vorläufige Ergebnisse zu präsentieren. Der Autor und die Autorin haben vorhandene Studien aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum gesichtet und zentrale Ergebnisse zusammengestellt.
This article presents results of a national medical impact analysis of relaxation and stress-management courses. The impact on health was examined on 132 persons at 40 adult colleges (VHS) at the beginning and end of courses as well as three months thereafter.
