Conference Fees and Deadlines Deadline for registration: 7 October 2013 Registration Fee (after 20 August 2013) ESREA Members 170 € Non-members 220 € PhD Students 70 € Conference Dinner on 2 November 25 € (excluding drinks) The conference fee includes conference materials, lunch on Saturday and refreshments during the conference; they exclude the conference dinner on 2 November, any airport/hotel transfers and hotel accommodation. Deadlines 15th July deadline of submission of abstracts 15th August acceptance of abstracts will be announced 20th August deadline for early bird registration 7th October final deadline for registration and payment of the conference fee 14th October papers should be submitted
